Batik Melati

The idea of Batik Melati initially came up in 2011, from our love and appreciation towards Indonesian traditional fabric.

During that period, as housewives, in most of the time we hardly found any opportunity to wear batik clothes. The choices available at that time were either too formal or, on the other hand, too casual.

So we came up with an idea to develop and produce casual batik clothing which can be worn in any occasion, on a daily basis, without worries of being too formally attired.

Eventually, our intention is for batik clothes to be worn as daily outfits, and people will love and appreciate batik as much as we do.
